What I liked

my mother was regulary attending oncology for chemo. waiting times are appaling. she would have 1st appointment at 10am and she was still waiting at 12 noon. it was a stressful time as it was without hanging around. glad we didnt come by car because of parking charges.

The doctors and other staff were FANTASTIC. cant fault them. You went and seen doctor at your appointment time without delays.

What could be improved

Waiting times at chemo.. Keep to them. How can they be running over 2 hrs late at the start of the day and your the first patient to be seen?

I would like to thank all staff at oncology for all the care they gave to my mother. Especially the doctor. It seemed a little bit easier to deal with, knowing we could ask you anything and you dealt with it sensitvely. i hope you get more GOOD feed back. Please keep up the good work and we need more doctors like you.
