Unlike my last visit. The Physiotheropy department were exemplary . I was seen at my Appiontment time with a polite and warm welcome. It takes a lot to impress aftery last visit but this department are on the ball. I can think of worse people to spend half an hour with for sure. Keep up the good work and show the others how it's done. Personality, Punctuality, Politeness in Purley
