"QE 11 Phlebotomy Unit"

Having attended QE11 regularly over 4 years for specifically timed, fasting blood tests. The experience has often been of :- a very cramped unit, the seats all taken, patients queueing from outside the building no confidentiality at reception long waits shortage of phlebotomists. However, have now discovered an alternative option, though less convenient, which in comparison, provided the completely opposite environment. I felt reassured the blood test would be taken on time as the form requested. Hope that in future the new QE11 facility will provide a more suitable service locally.
