Attended gp surgery to collect prescription and letter and was so rudely dealt with by reception with terrible impatience and rudeness. I have a mental health condition, which was the reason I was going to the practice, and the interaction exacerbated my difficulties to the point that I have now been made very unwell and having to contend with an episode from which I am finding it hard to recover from.
