"Really useful, but waiting time is too long"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

My therapist was helpful, the venue was clean and comfortable, most important was that I felt at ease and able to “open up” to a professional. This was really useful as I didn't want to burden my family or friends with my problems.

The meditation CD’s were/are very soothing and breathing exercises are something I will continue to use.

The waiting time for counselling is too long.

Response from Heather Clarke, Manager, Inclusion Matters

Dear Fellow682

Thank you for this feedback and I'm really pleased to hear that your experience of therapy was so positive. I'm particularly pleased you mentioned the techniques such as breathing exercises as we hope they will provide people with support that they can use long term once therapy has finished.

I'm very sorry that you found the waiting list too long. We are presently undertaking several measures to try to reduce this as far as we can. I apologise for any problems this caused you.

Thanks again for this post and I would like to wish you all the very best for the future.

Kind regards

Heather
