When I was first referred for this treatment I was a bit dubious about it. I need not have worried.

The young lady, Estee, was great. She was not judgemental and was a great listener. The sessions really made me feel better.

Estee was excellent at her job. She listened very well and gave me some good advice. The sessions could have been a bit longer. Due to no fault of her own, sometimes Estee was restricted to time. I fully understand this as other people have to be seen.

I now realise that the rest is down to me. I have to work hard and remember what was said. Overall these sessions were great and did me a lot of good.
