"I was an outpaient at the hospital ..."

About: Southend Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was an outpaient at the hospital in August for a rather unpleasant preocedure. When I arrived at the hospital I was pretty much livid with fear, but every single member of staff was polite, friendly and efficient. While waiting on the ward the nurses did their best to calm me and even during the procedure the doctors and nurses talked me through everything. Every member of staff I came into contact with was extremely helpful. Considering all the circumstances, my time in the hospital could not have gone any better.

What could be improved

I don't believe there was any area that needed improvement in the Endoscopy unti, everything was fine.
