"Emergency Admittance"

About: Good Hope Hospital

I wouldnt normally leave reviews but after hearing that Good Hope a&e had a poor inspection review, i felt i had to say something good about the care i received. I was admitted with severe abdominal pain and was diagnosed with pancreatitus and gallstones. The care i received was excellent. The A&E department as a whole was extremely busy, yet i felt the staff on shift was there for my every need, as were the staff on the ward i was admitted to. The cleanliness of the ward was exceptional and i was made aware if every decision that was being made about my condition. i cannot speak highly enough of the hospital and the staff that have looked after me.
