"Lack of time"

The consultant that I saw in ENT did not give us more than 5 mins, did not listen to my concerns and did not involve me in any decision making about my problem. Another 2 times I visited A&E because I was having breathing difficulties and was just told I had COPD withoutt being checked just told to go and see my GP and this turned out to be something more serious but yet again was not given the time of day. I now go to north manchester about my condition and they have been fantastic and now am starting to improve after months of suffering unable to get upstairs unable to eat and many other things, Lorraine jones
