This is a non starter letter sent to consultant cardiologist on 5/12/2013 and now 16/1/2014 still waiting for an appointment to come through. So if your doctor thinks you may have a heart problem do not go to darent valley

Dear Ms Blackwood We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the time you have waited to receive an appointment. We can confirm that an appointment was arranged for you earlier this week and that the letter containing all of the appointment details has already been posted to you. To reduce costs we use second class Royal Mail which may be why you have not received it yet but please do contact us if within a week the letter has still not arrived.
