(as the patient),

I recently had to go in for a colonoscopy. I was nervous and apprehensive. However all the staff in the unit were quite exceptional in their patience, kindness, understanding and professionalism. Of particular help to me were Charge Nurse Chris Anderson and Dr Katherine Hills.

The team as a whole could not have been better and QEQM should be proud of them all.
