"Professionalism from start to finish."

If you have to go to hospital as I had too, you will find all the staff are extremely polite, professional and treat you with dignity. I could not have asked for any more from my consultant, his desire to find out what caused my problem and the time and effort he personally contributed was second to none appearing at all hours to keep me in the loop with progress or delays "thank you". The ward doctors and nurses could not have made me feel more comfortable during my seven night stay, their support to my consultant and myself was admirable especially the support during the nights when their work load was unpredictable, time would always be found to ensure medication/drips were given on time. Catering and waiting staff, all that can be said is they started with hi standards of food and service and maintained it throughout adding humour when it was appropriate and silence when required. "Well done" Obviously there are lots more teams that contribute to the smooth running of Fulwood Hospital who are not seen. Again "thank you" To the person who wares the hi heeled shoes and arrives early in the morning, please, please consider quiter footwear :0)
