I have tried calling the practice today several times from 1: 15 - (OK I realised it is lunch break) but now it is 3: 20 pm and the phone is still being answered by the out-of-hours voice recorded message. I assume that someone forgot to turn it off after lunch, but as I am trying to make an appointment for next Monday, this is a problem.
