Always seen promptly on my recent visits to the hospital.
What could be improved
It is now more than four weeks since my visit to the ENT department, and my GP has still not received a letter from the consultant. this is causing a delay in onward referral to another consultant. Has something gone dreadfully wrong, or is it normal practice in the NHS for it to take over a month just to write a letter?
