Your service has improved me all the time. When I first had the stroke the therapist was terrible. Since I've seen you my speech has got better. I use the information you gave me all the time.

Thankyou for taking the time to comment on the service you have received from the team. It is good to know you feel that your speech has improved since we started working with you and that you are using the information we have given you. I will pass on these kind words to the speech and language therapists in the team. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your therapy prior to our teams intervention. However I am delighted that you continue to make progress.
