About: John Radcliffe Hospital

On behalf of the whole family we would like to express our deepest gratitude and appreciation to all staff on duty during our mother's stay on this ward from 30th November to 8th December 2013. Throughout Mum's final days we were both thoroughly reassured and immensely impressed by the great kindness and exceptionally high quality of care given by everyone involved with both Mum and her family visitors. The staff's spirit and attitude was a great support to us all during a very difficult time.

Thank you for your kind response regarding the experience your family had at the John Radcliffe Hospital. We are sorry to hear of your mother's passing, but are pleased to hear that our staff helped make your mother's final days as pleasant as possible, as well as offering support to your family through this difficult time. Staff greatly appreciate hearing back from their patients and relatives, and your feedback will be used by staff to help deliver the best service possible. Your feedback will be passed onto the relevant medical team.
