About: Solihull Hospital

From the moment I walked into the Endoscopy department, I was treated with utter dignity and respect, all the nursing staff were caring and conscious of my comfort at all times. From the beginning to the end of the procedure I was constantly asked if I was comfortable and ok from the nursing staff and also from the Endoscopist. I would sincerely like to thank all concerned on the endoscopy department for there care and concern, they made a very trying experience as comfortable as possible for me and I am extremely grateful. Also on Monday the day after the procedure I was delightfully surprised to receive a call from the Endoscopy department to enquire if I was ok and all was well, thank all once again Charles Carter
