"The hospital might be a lot older ..."

What I liked

The hospital might be a lot older than some others but I have been to Queen Marys and a newer hospital , there is no comparrison, Queen Marys was by far the best. The staff are friendly from the staff at the shop to my rheumatologist. They all had a smile on their face ( which is so important when you are going to hospital) and it also shows that the staff are happy to work there.

What could be improved
