What I liked
I arrived at the Great Western Hospital at 1650hrs on Thursday 25th September with a colleague who had suffered a badly gashed index finger to the left hand. Throughout the whole process from the apprailsal, x-ray and the ultimate treatment of the wound, the staff of The Great Western Hospital continually demonstrated superb professionalism and compassion throughout this visit. Therefore could you please pass on our sincere appreciation to all the staff at The Great Western as their credible actions spoke volumes on behalf of the hospital and the NHS in general.
