Accident & Emergency absolutely fabulous.

Acute Assessment Ward - good.

MFE Ward (Older People's Ward) - poor and good. Good when the weekday staff were on. Poor with weekend staff who it seemed to me ignored basics despite some warning signs eg dehydration and potentially inaccurate records.
