What I liked

Friendly, helpful staff. Despite being very busy there was no feeling that patients were not important.

What could be improved

Had not appreciated that the hospital was effectively closed for an hour at lunchtime - as I was travelling from a distance and arrived in good time it would have been helpful to have known this before I arrived.

Anything else?

I was aware from the hospital's web site that it has been earmarked for closure and a rebuilding programme. Despite this the clinic I attended functioned very efficiently and the morale of the NHS staff appeared to be very good.
