"Really good experience all round."

I was dreading my procedure and was extremely anxious. The Consultant, Anesthetist, the nursing staff, pre-admission staff and those on reception all made the experience as positive as it possibly could be. They were reassuring, kind and professional. The hospital was extremely clean and comfortable. One nurse in particular was extremely kind after the procedure when I needed some emotional support. I telephoned the ward during my recovery for some advice after the procedure, during my recovery and the staff were also extremely helpful then too.
