What I liked

I was in King's in Aug 08 for 8 days whilst having my baby, I was really impressed by the treatment of the staff, especially some of the midwives, I was in the hospital longer than anticipated and I was kept up to date at all times re my progress and was consulted at all times regarding the decisions being made. I was also impressed with the cleanilness of the hospital, I seen the floors and surfaces been cleaned a few times every day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kings.

What could be improved

More space on the labour ward, even though the hospital has been extended in previous years, it's still extremely busy. Also, the entrance to the Golden Jubilee section of the hospital, I would ban people from smoking on the steps there, there is a smoking area nearby.
