89 year old lady collapsed at home. Her niece phoned the surgery (Hadfield GP surgery). It was a Saturday morning so the call was referred to the out-of-hours service. After several calls to different numbers the niece drove her to Ashton walk-in centre. Her GP was informed and was surprised at what happened.
