"Tameside Hospital A & E"

About: Tameside General Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a staff member),

This story has been posted by Healthwatch Tameside on behalf of a member of the public who asked not to have their name published. They said…

The grand-daughter of this couple was recently admitted to Tameside Hospital A & E. Family very impressed with quick assessment and she was treated very well. She was then transferred to MAU and service was just as good.

The couple themselves have also been in Tameside Hospital and accessed several services over the last few years and have always been satisfied. They thought Tameside Hospital get unnecessary bad press.

Thank you sharing your good experience at Tameside General Hospital. I will ensure that all the teams involved in your grand-daughters care receive this feedback which I am sure will give them a boost.

Kind regards

John Goodenough

Director of Nursing
