"Grateful and satisfied patient"

I first attended North Downs Hospital for a consultation with the gynaecologist about my prolapsed uterus and, eventually, was admitted for a vaginal hysterectomy to cure the problem. At all times, I was treated with politeness, care and deference as if I was a private patient. Even the chef called me 'madam' when he came round to see what I would like to eat. I cannot fault the care and attention given me during the whole time that I was within their care.
