"Brilliant"

i have visited Western Eye 3 times since November. In my opinion Western Eye is much better than Moorfields. Waiting times in A&E maybe similar, but staff and environment are much friendlier. The doctors are friendly and i felt really spend their time with you rather than trying to get you out the door as quickly as possible, even though they are visibly under pressure with a large queue of patients. Nurses are a bit hit and miss some are very friendly some have a more strict approach but i guess they have had to deal with some difficult patients in the past. In particular one doctor really stood out for me - he is the reason i have faith in the NHS
