I have had about six bone marrow tests and always found it uncomfortable, But i recently had one done and i can honestly say i did not feel any pain or discomfort i could not beleive it, and i would just like to thank the doctor who performed this. I would also like to say he is very good at his job, very polite and patient friendly, and hope if ever i need another i get the same doctor

Dear Denis
I can only say that I am very pleased the bone marrow experience has been better this time. It is always our (Haematology Department) first priority to improve the service and to make procedures easier and more confortable. We are employing more qualified staff and this represent a good result from our approach.
