What I liked

What could be improved
Communication with patients/parents is awful. I have been waiting 29 hours for a doctor to come and discuss my 7 year old who has an infection.
They spelt his name wrong on ther forms and did not have a wrist band on him for 36 hours. Twice the ward nurses have brought the wrong amount of medicine.
Very disappointing and sloopy.
Anything else?
The hospital staff are all terrified of discussing the possibility of MRSA in which case nobody will confirm anything and everybody clams up exceprt a doctor if you are lucky enough to see one.
