"A thank you to all the staff at Epsom"

I would like to thank all the staff at Epsom who were involved with the care of my father during December/January for their kindness and compassion during a difficult time. He was admitted to A+E on 2 December with a heart condition and was soon sent to the CCU for treatment, unfortunately he was not well enough to return home for Christmas and also had a short stay to have a pacemaker installed at St Peters in Chertsey during this time. His condition seemed to improve and after a few days in the Northey suite we were hoping he would be discharged. It was not to be and his condition worsened so he had to return to the CCU where he passed away on 7 January. Although the staff were always very busy they still found time to talk to my father and to us about his treatment and what was happening. Thanks once again for helping us through a traumatic time.
