What I liked
Every member of staff including the ward doctor and nurse, theatre doctors and nurse and the anesthesiologist all treated me with the utmost kindest, understanding and respect. As this was the first time I had ever had to be in hospital, they explained everything to me in detail, which I appreciated.
What could be improved
The day before my procedure I was left waiting to see the doctor for 2 hours, as they had "forgotten" about me. As I was going through a very traumatic time, this added to my stress.
