"Nightmare at West Morland Hospital"

About: Westmorland General Hospital

I had an appointment at this hospital I was not sent a letter, just a recorded message, when I arrived I had no idea where to go. When I finally arrives at the right department I was told to sit in a cold draughty area. People were coming in and being seen straight away. I felt invisible, I then had an angina attack luckily I had my nitro spray used it and sat waiting it happened again another attack. By this time I was well over my appointment time I had enough so I went to the reception and cancelled my appointment. What had amazed me no one notice that I was in trouble. I would like to say I did inform the reception when I cancelled my appointment that I had an angina attack but it fell on deaf ears.
