"As an out patient walking in it ..."

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

(as the patient),

What I liked

As an out patient walking in it is a bit daunting with so much going on but if you take a step back, all the information is in front of you and easy to follow. It is displayed in colours and these continue until your destination.Whilst looking at the signs I was asked twice by staff if I was o.k.and pointed in the right direction.

What could be improved

I attended the XRay department and MRI Suite, the XRay dept was manic but the staff again were friendly and seamed very efficient.Although busy the cue soon went down and the wait was posted up on the wall as 30 minutes this was quite accurate.the MRI suite was a very calm area with very nice people working there .I hope my pysio appointment next time is as straight forward as this one.

Anything else?

On walking through the Hospital from one side to the other I saw many places to cleanse your hands but I did not see anyone use them and did not know if I should be using them.
