"Problem with repeat prescriptions"

(as the patient),

I have used your service for 5 years, prescriptions being supplied most efficiently within 2 days.

However, last weekend I ordered repeat prescriptions for myself & my wife & 4 days later Boots had not received them.

To be told at reception "sometimes we're very busy" is a statement of the blindingly obvious but hardly an explanation for this blip.
