"Never get through to the waiting times office"

About: Chase Farm Hospital

My GP referred me on 29th August 2013 for an endoscopy due to suffering from long term stomach problems. I saw a lovely surgeon on 28th November 2013 following my appointment being cancelled on 7th November 2013 by Chase Farm and was told that I was now on the waiting list for an endoscopy despite my GP requesting an endoscopy in August 2013. Don't get me wrong I am grateful for seeing the consultant as there is now hope my stomach problem can finally be fixed with surgical intervention. I have been trying to get through to the waiting times office and admissions and there is never anyone there to pick up the telephone. I have not even had a letter from the clinic I was seen at in November 2013 which I know is a legal requirement after a patient is seen at a clinic.
