About: John Radcliffe Hospital

I had a referral to maxillofacial, this was ignored, I then had the unenviable experience of trying to contact them by way of numerous phone calls which were all voice mail, my messages were again ignored, eventually after a few days i did manage to make the appointment, this was then cancelled as were the next 2 i made, about 1 month ago i spoke to someone to arrange a 4th appointment, i was promised someone would call back but they never bothered. I have no confidence in this hospital, if they are not competant enough to arrange an appointment, how on earth can they perform a delicate operation. I have no alternative than to get a new referral to a different hospital, this hospital left me in pain needlessly for six months, im now at the back of a waiting list! disgusting!
