What I liked

In general I think the services you provide are excellent.

What could be improved

It is possible to find a really good map online showing the location of the hospital and the overall layout of the different parts of the hospital. It isn't possible however to find online any details of where individual wards are.

Yesterday I needed to bring my father-in-law, who walks with a Zimmer frame, to visit his wife in Twyford ward. Try as I might, I couldn't find out where in the hosipital the ward was located before I arrived at the hospital. Unfortunately, I'd parked in the Queens Road car park and Twyford ward was at the opposite end of the hospital and it was too far for him to walk. Luckily I was able to borrow a wheelchair for him.

There's a excellent list of all wards and their locations just as you come in the Queen's Road entrance. It would be fantastic if this list was available on the hospital website so that visitors could make a rational decision about which entrance they use, particularly if their mobility is impaired.
