What I liked

the staff......who were at most rushed off their feet. Terrible really cosit meant you were perhaps kept waiting on times. St Cross ward was like a conveyor belt, people coming and going all the time, even Sundays!!! Going to theatre thats is, poor consultants must have been really trying to cut waiting lists!!!!!!!

What could be improved

the toilet that I eventually was able to use, was a disgrace, it had to be cleaned before I could use it, very poor!!
