About: Western General Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as the patient),

Had increasing shoulder pain so went to NHS Lothian minor injuries clinic at the Western General.

Was seen, assed, had an xray and given a physio appointment - all within 30 minutes!

the physio appointment was for the next day at 930am.

And have a follow up appointment for a week later.

All the medical staff involved explained very clearly why my shoulder was sore and what I could do to help myself get better.

Excellent work!
