What I liked
the nurses and doctors were excellent at all times and made me feel at ease totally
What could be improved
the person on reception when i arrived was rude and very unhelpful and as this is the first point of contact and i suffer from anxiety it made me feel very anxious and i feel that they could have been more welcoming although in the afternoon when i was collected the gentleman on reception was very polite and helpful to my wife
