"Outstanding skill and care"

We cannot speak too highly of the care and skill mum has been shown in her time at West Heath Hospital (ward 11). The decision to concentrate services together to best support more elderly patients recovering from orthopaedic surgery is a really good one as it allows for focused targeted support. Special mentions must go to the physiotherapy team who have encouraged mum to have renewed confidence in her mobility. All of the nursing team have also been unfailingly thoughtful and shown high levels of skill combined with empathy. Thank you very much! PS We are also very impressed with the care and consideration shown to family visiting mum. In particular, dad has been made to feel very welcome (especially on Christmas Day!).
