Making an appointment was a lot easier this time than before, if I forgot to ring Monday morning at 8 am I was always told when I did ring that all the appointments were gone and I would have to ring back the following Monday. So this time I rang at 2 pm as I had forgotten and got an appointment for when I wanted it
