"been afew times to urgent care"

over the christmas n new year period i went 3 times as my kids were unwell nhuby sprained his back. the waiting time was way to long. it took 40mins on average to be seen by nurse. another hour to be seen by dr. the staff were friendly.however took forever in doing little things.like getting medicines from a cupboard etc. had they spent less time sitting at their station they would see patients quicker. it was also very cold in the waiting area.heating was either very low or not on at all. overall its good.but waiting time should be dealt with
