I finally received a letter asking me to phone in to book an appointment for my 10 year old after a couple of months since referral. I have then been calling the number stated on the letter at least 8 times every single working day of the week for 3 weeks now at various times of the day, but it has consistently been engaged.

after a while, i became convinced that the number i had was wrong, so I finally decided to check online to see if there is any acknowledgement of the problem, or any system error, or even if the number on the letter was incorrect, but it is the same as on the website.

This is so frustrating! Up till today, I still have not gotten through to book the appointment.
