"Orthopeadic Traums"

After an horrific experience at the West Middlesex Hospital after fracturing both legs, my adult son was referred to the Royal London - and thank goodness he was. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff from the consultant and his team to the nurses, transport staff, porters, etc. All very polite and helpful and friendly. There is still a long journey ahead, but without these people it would not even have started. Everything was run so efficiently and professionally. Failing hospitals should visit the Royal London especially Orthopaedics to see how it should be done. Many thanks to all.
