"Day Surgery 02/12/13"

My mum had day surgery in the day surgery unit last week. It ran so smoothly from the moment she went in at 8am until I collected her at 4.30pm. I rang the hospital a couple of times to check her progress and they made me feel as if it was no trouble and also put me through to speak to my mum personally. The staff were so friendly and kind and very considerate and made sure that we knew exactly what had happened and what to expect in the next week. The following day she had a courtesy call to check how she was and again explained what procedure she had done. So thankyou to all who made it to be a pleasurable experience from Reception through to the clinical staff.
