"what good care is really like"

I had the experience of spending 7 nights on the Podium 1 ward recently. For me personally, it was awful, i felt so ill. However, I was cared for so well and I came out of my experience - going in the right direction and that is what really important. It could have been a totally different outcome if it was not for the good care and treatment i recieved. I am so grateful. I am not worried if i cannot compare the enviorment to a 7 * hotel or even a 4* hotel or I have to wait my turn. What is important that I have the tests required and a quick diagnosis with the right treatment and good care and with good staff. That is exactly what i got. I can compare the staff with central london hospitals including the UCLH, Royal Marsden and the Imperial Group, but North Middlesex is easily the first choice every time.
