Good afternoon, Re: Customer Feedback Our son is at GOSH this afternoon for surgery. He was admitted to Dinosaur Ward, for initial processing and preparation for surgery. Our son has been in the wonderfully caring and expert hands of GOSH for ten years. In this time my Wife and I have been immeasurably impressed by the services offered. So impressed have we been that one of us walked a solo, unsupported 100 mile trek through the wilderness of the Scottish Highlands several years ago to raise funds for the hospital in appreciation of the care shown towards our son over the years. We are in the planning stages of a further grueling challenge in aid of the GOSH charity in 2014, such is our support for the Hospital. Today's experience of Dinosaur Ward was out of keeping of our experiences of GOSH over the years. The staff were wonderful, but the experience very impersonal, commercial and not a calm start to our sons pre surgery preparation. It may be that we have come to expect too much from this wonderful establishment, so please do not see this feedback as being negative in any fashion. As we write this E Mail, we await our sons return from surgery, onto Sky Ward, where the staff and environment appear first class.
