"My G.P. diagnosed Giant Cell Arteritis on 5/12/12...."

My G.P. diagnosed Giant Cell Arteritis on 5/12/12. St. Mary's Rheumatology Dept telephoned me the same day and the following day I was seen by Consultant and her SHO who were extremely helpful. A week later I had a biopsy at the 4th Floor Emergency Service which was handled with great professionalism and kindness. I received a follow up phone call the next day. I would just like to say thank you so much for such care and attention from all concerned. Katrina Glennie
