"Not enough staff"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham

Good clinical decisions but not enough qualified nurses on wards. Patients often sent home too early instead of to rehabilitation centres because of chronic beds shortage. The hospital wasn't big enough when it was built so some specialist services are out-sourced.
